At MAUSICA Coffee & Supply Co., every order is processed quickly to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and ready for your daily ritual.
Because orders are submitted to production and fulfillment shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests are time-sensitive.
Standard Orders
Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet entered processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, roasted, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

While we cannot guarantee cancellation requests after an order is placed, we will always do our best to assist whenever possible.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. Address updates may only be possible before the order enters fulfillment.
MAUSICA Coffee & Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be canceled, paused, or modified at any time before the next billing cycle.
Once a subscription renewal order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status before the next recurring billing date.
Refused or Returned Shipments
Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect shipping information may not be eligible for refunds.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.
Fraud Prevention
MAUSICA Coffee & Supply Co. reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse of our policies.
